5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver throughout Kenya. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Nairobi Delivery
Where possible, eligible orders placed before our daily cut-off time qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after cut-off or outside eligible zones deliver the next business day.
Outside Nairobi
Delivered countrywide through trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines vary depending on exact location.

6. Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photographs where applicable. Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within a reasonable period.

Discounts, promotional offers and coupon codes:
- Are subject to their individual terms.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
